A White Car near Chorsu Bazaar, Tashkent
Not every travel memory is a famous landmark. Sometimes it is a quiet street, a parked car, and the glow of city lights after sunset.
This painting was inspired by a white car I spotted near Chorsu Bazaar, Tashkent. The wet road reflected the streetlights beautifully, creating a calm atmosphere that immediately caught my attention. It was one of those simple moments that felt worth preserving in watercolor.
I kept the details loose and focused on the mood instead. The dark washes, bright highlights, and reflections helped recreate the feeling of walking through the city on a peaceful evening.
This is my Day 02 painting for July Watercolor Month. Looking forward to sharing a new watercolor every day throughout July.
Have you ever found beauty in an ordinary street while travelling?
